Amazing opportunity in a fish focused restaurant with a leading hospitality operator. Looking for Head Chef, someone passionate, from a high calibre fine dining background and is able to manage all aspects of the kitchen. Must have consistent dates of employment and be able to supply references.

Team of 10 chefs, 120 covers during the winter and up to 250 during the summer
