We are a good quality Italian new opening in North London looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the team.

We create beautifully presented traditional regional dishes from all over Italy. Everything is made in house using the best seasonal and fresh ingredients – with great attention to provenience.

Our company owns a few different restaurants (each one specialising in a different cuisine) and have a great understanding of structure and focus on staff well being .

We are looking for a Sous Chef with passion for ingredients and attention to detail. As a number 2 you will be helping the head chef lead the team, train new members of staff and lead by example.

You will also have the opportunity to develop the menu and share your knowledge putting your stamps on dishes.
