We have an amazing Head Chef role available at an Asian Fusion restaurant based in the heart of West/Central London.

The restaurant offers fresh seasonal produce with menu changes on a regular basis. You would be working within a brigade of 6 chefs. The cuisine is mainly Asian fusion with African and Middle Eastern influences.m This role would be ideal for an experienced Senior Sous chef looking to take the next step up into a Head role.

You would be working 7 shifts per week and the restaurant is open Tuesday – Sunday but closed Sunday evenings. They are a 50-60 seat-er restaurant doing 90+ covers each service throughout the busier seasons.

You will be working alongside a well known chef throughout the industry, who will be able to help mentor and develop your knowledge and skills further. You would not have full autonomy on the menu as the Chef Patron will have most of the creative control on this. However, they are looking for someone who is passionate about the cuisine and eager to learn more

They would ideally like someone who has had some background in Middle Eastern cuisine however this isn’t completely necessary if you have a great attitude and willing to develop yourself further.
