Your duties include delivering the efficient service of breakfast, day-to-day running of the section in compliance policies and procedures and ensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your wings and work in a truly stunning location surrounded by beautiful beaches and countryside.

You will only have to work 42 hours a week therefore this role offers a fantastic work life balance.

4* Hotel and Spa on the Paradise Island of Jersey. We are seeking a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our relaxed and quality focused team, creating fresh and seasonal British and Jersey influenced dishes.

you will be Working: 42 hours per week (no more!) across 5 working days

Tax on this island is 10% – very low – so you will be earning a great salary for this position while be able to soak up the sun on the beach on your days off!

AMAZING WORK LIFE BALANCE

If you are looking for a change of scenery nd a new challenge, this role is offering accommodation if requested. Chefs will stay in the hotel in one of the guestrooms and charge will be £82/ week for a single room or £92/ week for a double room (based on availability).

All bills and meals included.

Chefs will need to get their own ticket to fly to Jersey as this will not be covered by the client.

The Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie in a Hotel.
