£30-32k plus bonus

This hotel is looking for a dynamic sales leader to develop and drive the business forward. You must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to convey an innovative approach to maximise revenue. This role will require you to meet targets and budgets, lead functions and create and manage lasting relationships to meet sales objectives.

The role:

* Proactive sales, sourcing new clients and contacts from local and international corporate companies
* Account manage existing corporate accounts, maximising revenue opportunities
* Create and implement sales plans that drive business and revenue across all areas of the hotel
* Report on sales activity and forecasts. Consistently analysing the market and sales trends
* Co-ordinate sales activities to increase revenue and report on ROI
* Participate in the budget and hotel sales and marketing plans
* Reporting into the Director of Sales and working closely with the sales team

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience in hotel sales- ideally 4 or 5* background
* Confident communicator with great sales technique
* Proactive, self-motivated and driven approach
* Organiser with attention to detail
* Previous experience in managing a team
