A fine dining kitchen in the Hatfield area is currently recruiting for an Executive Chef to join their brigade on a permanent basis. The hotel boasts a 2 Rosette restaurant and fine dining experience is essential for this position. Previous Hospitality and Catering experience in a refined dining restaurant as well as experience in a 4* or 5* hotel at Head chef level is required.

This is a great opportunity for an Executive Chef to step into a role with plenty of training and development opportunities, managing in a friendly and motivated brigade.

Hatfield area country hotel Executive Chef:

* Immediate start!
* Salary of up to £60,000
* Service charge paid on top
* British/European cuisine featuring a 2 Rosette restaurant

What we need from you:

* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel at Executive Chef level
* Driving license and car essential to access hotel
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill from the last 3 months
* Food hygiene certificate L3 in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* National Insurance Number
* 2 years of references supplied

Beautiful Hatfield area country hotel now hiring Chef de Parties with immediate start! Paying £10.50/hr + all overtime paid + service charge!

A fine dining kitchen in the Hatfield area is currently recruiting for multiple Chef de Parties to join their brigade on a permanent basis. The hotel boasts a 2 Rosette restaurant, however fine dining experience is not an absolute must for these positions. Previous Hospitality and Catering experience in a casual dining restaurant or high end gastro pub would be acceptable, as well as experience in a 4* or 5* hotel.

This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to step into a role with plenty of training and development opportunities, working in a friendly and motivated brigade.

Hatfield area country hotel Chef de Parties:

* Hourly rate of up to £10.50/hr
* All over time paid + service charge
* British/European cuisine featuring a 2 Rosette restaurant
