We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the team and run the day to day operations.

You will be in charge of managing reception, switchboard, concierge and guest relations. The role requires a confident leader with fantastic leadership skills and a motivating, proactive approach.

The role:

* Managing the various teams and being a present member of staff on the floor for both guests and staff
* Managing the back office and ensuring SOP’s and training are in place
* Provide fantastic customer service and develop relationships with new and existing guests
* Daily administration duties
* Developing and training the team with passion and motivation; leading by example

What we are looking for:

* Experience in running a busy front office team, within a luxury hotel
* Must have previous experience of leading a large team
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; courteous and professional at all times

The Director of Groups & Event Sales would be responsible for all group enquiries and events and managing a small team. Driving sales, maximising yield and occupancy of both Event Space and Hotel rooms to ensure budgets are met.

Our client, a luxury Central London hotel is looking for someone who can drive and convert business whilst motivating and leading the team to success, providing exceptional service for clients.

The Role:

* Negotiate, close sales and meet/exceed event sales target.
* Proactively respond to incoming leads and ensure team are following SOPs and responding to proposals in a a timely manner.
* Work with Opera & Delphi systems and use it to its full potential, ensuring all enquiries and activities are logged and monitored to assess team input
* Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts
* Prepare event orders and communicate in detail to all departments
* Manage contracts and invoices
* Provide pro-active yearly sales planning, alongside Sales manager
* Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue
