A Mediterranean Portuguese restaurant in Central London is looking fro a Head Chef to take the reins of their successful open plan kitchen in Central London.

This is a great opportunity for a fresh Head Chef or a strong Sous stepping into his first Chief role.

The company currently holds one site, and will be opening a second in a month – so this is a great opportunity to take over a fully set up team and kitchen and run with a very successful concept.

As a head chef you will be required to be in charge of all kitchen costings and wastage as well as staff training and management.

You will be working an average of 50 hours per week, and will be able to have a flexible rota allowing a few weekends off!

As a Head Chef you will be required to create daily specials in line with the existing menu, and making sure standards are always consistently high.
