The heat is on in this South London steak house! A new Sous Chef position is now available for a grill-experience Sous Chef to help in leading this tight brigade of dedicated chefs! This casual dining restaurant is a great place for a chef with plenty of service-led experience in the Hospitality and Catering industry to showcase their leadership skills.

This very popular venue can serve over 200 people on a busy day, making it a great place to keep your organisational skills razor sharp, while working in a great environment. There is plenty of room for career progression as well with new site openings on the horizon!

Battersea steak restaurant, Sous Chef:

* Basic salary of up to £28,000pa
* Service charge paid, up to £4,00pa
* 48 hour working weeks
* Very busy environment
* Opening new sites in the near future

What we need from you:

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef
* Previous experience working on a grill section or grill restaurant advantageous
* Passport or ID and visa where applicable
* Proof of address ie bank statement or utility bill
* Food Hygiene Certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering industry standards
* 2 years of references supplied (contact details or written)
* National Insurance Number
