The debut restaurant from João Ferreira Pinto and Sommelier Carolina W Siebel who recently worked at the Michelin star restaurant – Portland. They have decided to branch out and collaborate, to create a modern European menu with fabulous wine pairing.

Originally based in Cambridge, Stem and Glory is opening their first London restaurant. 2019 is the year of the Vegan and if you are trying Veganuary then this is a must visit. The menu ranges depending on the restaurant but is solely plant-based dining, replacing meat with pulses. Serving brunch, dinner, takeaways and even vegan wine and cocktails, Stem and Glory certainly has a plethora of healthy options.

The chef behind Istanbul’s Yeni Lokanta restaurant will be opening his first London restaurant on the 21st of January. Yeni will be using ingredients from the British Isles and further afield to create a contemporary Anatolian cuisine.
Istanbul’s Yeni Lokanta has featured in the World’s 50 best restaurants Discovery series – and is definitely one to watch.
Civan Er will be offering dishes from his acclaimed Turkish site including, oven-roasted ribs with isot pepper on sourdough with cracked wheat, sour cherries and sumac molasses.

Like we said, it really is the year of the vegan, Kalifornia Kitchen is a pink themed plant-based restaurant with plenty of Instagram worthy foliage and neon lighting. It is a venture by Loui Blake (vegan influencer) serving everything from kombucha slaw to Cannabidiol lattes.

Celebrity chef Gizzi Erskine and nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson are adding to the vegan scene in Shoreditch. For 3 months their pop-up plant-based junk food restaurant will offer us healthy patties, jam-packed protein and nothing but sustainably sourced ingredients.
The signature F!lth burger features black beans, black quinoa, non-GMO soy mince and a mix of Unami paste, which is then topped with fried onions, beetroot ketchup and garlic aioli.
Gizzi includes all the extras when it comes to her burgers, including sweet potato fries sprinkled with the addictive seaweed miso dust.
If you have room, the drinks are likely to hit the spot too. F!lth serves thickly made, plant-based shakes made with Booja Booja ice cream.

London’s multifunctional music venue Spiritlands launches their new restaurant in the Royal Festival Hall. They have appointed ‘Moondog’ as head chef, known for cooking up Mayfairs fierce dishes at the Providores & Tapa Room.
Expect an adventurous approach to your meal. Dishes include, Kimchi rosit with pulled pork; carrot m’hanncha, Sweet and sour pork belly with octopus and coconut. For breakfast, find yourself swapping a full English for a plate of grilled ham, duck egg and pink fir potato crisps.
When it comes to drinks the options are almost endless. Be sure to check out the ‘Milk Punch’ (cognac, apple, falernum, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon).

This is a restaurant group with many Michelin Stars under their belt. Asia’s fine-dining destination has made it to St James’s place, the setting is very much on par with the food.
The main attraction is the roasted peking duck, sliced at the table with the usual accompanying sides. The rest of the menu features high-end Chinese classics, including baked crab and grilled silver cod. Wash these infused dishes with an Asian-inspired cocktail or rare whiskeys.
