Casual Hospitality open day

As we head into the warmer months of the year, we always find that there is an increasing demand for experienced candidates looking for temporary jobs. The most common (although not the only) vacancies we are frequently asked to fill are:

  • Permanent or Temporary Chef de Parties jobs (min 5 yr experience)
  • Permanent or Temporary Demi Chef jobs (min 2-4 yr experience)
  • Temporary kitchen assistant jobs (min 1 yr experience)
  • Temporary kitchen porter jobs (min 1 yr experience)
  • Temporary waiting jobs (min 1 yr experience)

On top of this, there are also senior level Sous Chef jobs and Head Chef jobs that require a more experienced hand. In short, we are always in need of experienced chefs, kitchen staff and serving staff to meet this demand!

With this in mind we wanted to invite you in to register with our permanent and/or temporary recruitment division and share with us your availability.

By doing this you’ll ensure we know exactly when you are available for permanent and/or temporary jobs throughout the summer months, meaning you secure yourself work before other candidates.

We would also like to offer for you to invite any of your friends or colleagues who may also be looking for chef jobs in the coming months. Please bring with you:

  • Passport
  • Any visa requirements
  • Proof of address
  • Food hygiene certificate (if you are a chef)
  • Two references (just name and number)
  • National insurance number
  • Bank details (if applying for a temporary position)
  • A copy of  your CV

This is important as we cannot complete a registration without these documents. There will be around 20 minutes of paperwork to do for the registration followed by a 20 minute interview with a Change consultant.
