With twenty-two years of experience working at some of the most desired restaurants and with the most renowned chefs in the world, Dale joins the launch of Bagatelle London as Executive Chef, celebrating his sixth iconic opening. Beginning his professional journey at The Goring, Dale gained culinary skills that he has taken through his career to create and finesse illustrious of British and French classics.
After five years of invaluable training, he was invited to the South of France at the Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferret. Since then Dale has been in notable kitchens such as Michelin-starred Orrery, The Wolseley, St Alban, HIX Soho, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Chiltern Firehouse and most recently Aqua Shard.
Priding himself with the undeniably strong relationships he holds with local suppliers, Dale brings to life a menu consisting of the most sought-after produce across the UK and Europe to Bagatelle London. Dishes will evolve with the seasons, remaining fresh and light throughout the year. Dale’s passion for vibrant Mediterranean ingredients will complement the Bagatelle classics featuring on the London menu.
