Thank you for taking the time to visit our new website, we hope you like it. It may not be what you normally expect from a recruitment company but for the past five years, from the day we opened our doors, we’ve tried to be anything but a normal agency.
As an independent company we strive to be different, from the people we employ, to the way we work. At Change UK we have always had a set of core beliefs that are not centred around our profits but rather the individual, and a belief in treating people the way we like to be treated. This has been central to the Change team’s attitude and how we look after our clients and candidates, whose interests we view equally for without one, we wouldn’t have the other. This approach has seen our dramatic growth from a small company with two employees, Jim O’Brien (co-founder) and myself, to the multi specialist agency we are today.
As with every small company we faced numerous challenges and obstacles to growth. We have made mistakes along the way but it's how we learned from them and faced up to our challenges that has made us the company we are delighted to be today.
We are proud to have received industry recognition and awards for our distinct attitude to recruitment, social awareness, working environment and fast growth.
